Since we developed the initial identity and website for Loyalty in 2011-2012, they branched out into 4 separate divisions in 2015 - sales, customer service, recruitment and consulting. We created a main brand with sub brands for each division, and recreated their website from scratch to represent the new Loyalty with the mothership and individual division websites. The site is built on the amazing Craft CMS platform, and we also helped them implement Intercom as a new way of collecting leads on their site and help sales and support.
